2000L Brewhouse Specification
Cooling way: Ice water belt cooling, two stages cooling.
Cooling media: glycol water or alcohol water.
Structure: Inside and outside are all stainless steel 304
processing. And the inner polished into 0.4µm, stainless steel
cooling water jacket, with 2.0mm thickness.
The inner tank thickness 3.0mm, cone bottom 3.0mm.Cladding 2.0mm.
Insulation: Polyurethane-thickness: 100mm.
Equip with: Cone 75° resist compression design, dripping
temperature drop; Side manhole: 330*430mm.
Sampling method: 1 piece of aseptic sampling valve.
Quick blind plate design at the bottom, two inlet and outlet, one
is 38mm diameter, sewage, another one is 32mm diameter, using for
beer outlet.
The cylinder and cone bottom. Cooling media inlet and outlet pipe
is stainless steel 304. Mechanical valves, rotary washing spray
balls.
Fermentation tank pressure: Design pressure 0.3MPa; Working
pressure 0.15Mpa.
Fermentation heat exchange area: 4㎡.
Safety valve:Ф25
Equip with adjusting anchor; 4 support legs add braced.
